The goal of yoga on the
Wallkill is to provide you
with a yoga experience that

and spirit.   Each class
includes: centering
meditation, breath work, yoga
exercises, and deep

classes. whether you
have practiced yoga for years
or have never tried it,
Yoga on the Wallkill will meet
your needs.

 

Our teachers are united in the
desire to help you find
your path to better health,
mental clarity and less
stress. our experienced
instructors incorporate their
own unique styles and
